304 clutch slave cylinder removal?

Hi there All,

Has anyone any experience of removing their (30mm, not 27mm) 304 clutch slave cylinder successfully?

I have removed the two retaining bolts, the fluid pipe, the bleed nipple; but the darn thing just won't come out (a combination of the engine mounting bolt and the pushrod stuck onto clutch lever and in the cylinder.

So frustrating, ahhhhhh!!!!
