That looks very sad. Must be some parts there though! Or a big time restoration project.

Yes worth several hundreds if broken for parts, I expect the KF fuel injection is worth at least the starting price of £10. If I was in the area I would bid for it.

Hmm, a restoration project for the bravest!
Car looks abandonned for years and rotted inside and outside. Note there's no overall picture of the car or of the lower parts of the body... KF pump? Well, most probably seized and unuseable.
But worth acquiring cheap to use some of the parts on another car.

I think that Stuart Bird is looking for a set of injectors and a fuel pump for his Ti.
This would have them I'd guess.

Best somebody phone his, its ending very quickly. Last time I looked it was £165. I understand a company in Germany can supply rebuilt KF pumps for 504, but at a price! www.koller.de I think.

Yes, Koller bought the entire mechanical injection pump business off Bosch in 86. Bosch had themselves bought the KugelFischer business a few years earlier. Have a look at the following article: www.peugeotclub.org/peugeot/archive/504/2001/Dec/0006.html I have contacted Koller in the past and they can provide a quote for the repair of a pump, but you have to send them your pump first. They also appear quite expensive: the above article speaks of 2,745DM in 2001, i.e. about £1,000 !!

For Stuart Bird's fuel pump... the Ti engine (i.e. 504 saloon and 2.0l Coupé/Cab) uses an electric fuel pump which is different from the mechanical pump used on carb models. This pump is nearly impossible to find as new and when it is, it apparently costs in excess of £250! That's a lot for a fuel pump. There were 2 types of pumps: an AEG until 70 or 71, then a Bosch.
However, I'm told that the Citroen DS used the same pump, so it may be worth exploring the DS route instead...

If you can find out the pump types and models, and post here that would be great. Sometimes end up at the odd autojumble and car boot and sort-out, so keeping a mental note of them could be a good idea. Mine being Roto-Diesel isn't too bad, but if I can find a KF system pump for a pug in need all the better for them. Mat.

Just looking in the QH catalogue and very surprised to see 504 fuel pumps. They list as follows. Model Detail Dates Product Qualifier Part Number 504 1.8 XM7/XN1 1796cc OHV 68-83 Fuel Pump OE :1450.67 QFP46 504 2.0 XN2 1971cc OHV 70-83 Fuel Pump OE :1450.67 QFP46 so guess these are mechanical ones? they also have the K-Tronic electric pumps listed. www2.qha.com/catalogues/QH16b.pdf

Mat, I think you're confusing the fuel pump and the injection pump. These aren't the same.
The 504s with carburators have a mechanical fuel pump, while the injection versions have an electric fuel pump feeding a mechanical KugelFischer injection pump (it's an indirect injection system).
The pump on ebay is a KF injection pump, but I see little resemblance with that of the 504 Ti 2.0l engine. These are extremely rare to find and they usually go for about 400Euros. The pump on ebay might be the KF pump for the 1.8l engine or the 404 injection.
The fuel pumps of the QH catalogue are all mechanical, therefore for carburator engines.

Well it's all too late. l have 4 new injectors at great cost and my pump along with the altitude corrector is in the shop being serviced and repaired by Nottingham Diesel specialists. Who ironically enough repaired it 12 years ago.
l think your right about that CC on Ebay. Why let a 11k car sit and rot? Fuel pump no doubt and having just checked out that KF pump on Ebay it must be for early 504 injections as it looks nothing like mine.
Fingers crossed that all this makes it run. It's cut deeply into the ZS restoration fund and if this doesn't work then it's a year in the garage for the Ti.

p.s. love that 504 GLD. Where did you find it? 504's are rare but diesels are like hens teeth.
