Today I found a lot of new serial numbers - mostly in SWEDEN - thanks to my old collection of Bulletins de Liaison from Le Club 404 (France) and from the old Peugeot Owners' Club USA. Here are the results:

Good news: since earlier this week, it has become possible for people using the Registry website to enter data about their 404 or 404 C to also upload a photograph of the car at the same time. The photo is automatically named after the serial number that the user enters.

I have a goal of trying to get a photo of every 404 and 404 C that is in the Registry. Thus far, I have photos of 275 of the 1557 cars in the Registry.

I had no idea that the Swedes loved the 404 C so much. There are at least 40 of them there, maybe more. Janne Mellqvist of the Svenska Peugeotklubben sent me a new list that included the registration numbers (license plates) of all 404 C cars now known to their club. Aside from confirming most of the cars from 1989 (meaning most of those owners are still cub members), there were 17 MORE 404 C cars in the list. I will try to match those with photos over time, which should be easy due to having the license plates.
