Instead of it being just wood covered in vinyl, it's padded. I reckon it's a homemade job as I've never seen one before.

Have you the lockable fuel cap? I may also need other parts for my 304 as restoration, slowly, proceeds. I would also be interested in the rear seat cushion - if it is black - as mine is missing. These cars came with the cushion as standard and I was contemplating having one made up.

I'll dig it out and post a photo of it for you. Not got a spare lockable fuel cap but I bought one off ebay which works well. They crop up a lot and for under a fiver normally.

Dave - do you still have the hood and frame

Yes I've got both although they are seperate. The hood is in decent condition with all tenax fasteners fitted. They rear window has slight marking but is very useable. They frame is fine and folds with no problem.

Hi
I am trying to decide whether to restore or break '73 304 S Cabrio, which has been sitting for some 8 years now - the floor is rotten, and the sills aren't great.
To that end, I am looking around for various bits and pieces, and working out costs.
I'm therefore looking for a hood, any interior panels, seat belts, front suspension, discs, calipers, and headlights.
Have you any of these and, if so, at what cost?
Thanks, in advance.
Paul

Hi Paul.
Have to be quick as lap top is going flat!!
Good Hood and frame £50 Headlight (not sure which side but may have a pair) £20 each or £30 for the pair Rear seat / padded parcel shelf £20
Don't think I have any of other parts but will check. The seat belts are best buying from securon.co.uk but don't buy inertia belts. They don't fit the cabriolet even though they say they do!
Cheers Dave
