This afternoon I received the following from a contact in South Africa: 9327663, Carrosserie 511033, Sedan Automatique, Carburator engine, 1977(!) model year, colour light green, 86000 km since new, car was driven from the Cape to Kenya and back (12000 km+), winner of the Nairobi Concours d'Elegance in the Peugeot Class in 2008, RHD, location: JOHANNESBURG SOUTH AFRICA  1931669, Carrosserie 3, Estate Wagon, Carburator engine, 1967 model year, colour light olive green, special paint scheme offered to South Africa only, RHD, location: JOHANNESBURG SOUTH AFRICA  8529311, Carrosserie 6930, Pick-up, Carburator engine, model year 1976, Colour Jaune Clair, Canopy in brown, RHD, location: JOHANNESBURG SOUTH AFRICA  Total: 1056 ! |

Another scrapped/wrecked car was added to the Registry today:
5755998, a 1975 404 Saloon in the colour Sable 1353, which was broken up for parts in 2001 in the Netherlands.
Total: 1057.

An old fellow from Marseille (original owner!) added his 404 to the Registry:
4525161; a Sedan from October 1962, Black 1000 with red interior, sunroof and Nardi floor shifter, excellent condition.
Total: 1061 !

Today I received the information about two other cars:
5066219, a white Saloon that - sadly - was scrapped in 2009 to supply parts for another car that survives in Australia, and
5584496, a Valley Green 12591 Saloon (Australian colour), a 1971 model, that car was made in Australia
Total: 1065 !
