Hey all, Im a newb to this site but not to pugs (Im a super mod over on PSOOC and a pug owner for about 5 years) and am a member of a few other pug forums. Just thought I would come on over and say hi and have a nose around. I own a few pugs. First is my pride and joy 205 which is currently stuck in limbo and my runaround 405 Mi. Im currently on the lookout for a new 205 shell, so if anyone can help, please give me a shout. I also have a few bits for sale which i'll post in the appropriate area. Hopefully there are a few other 205/405 owners here to help or for me to offer help and advice. Im also a fan of retro motors, but I never see enough retro pugs (the 205 doesnt really count in my book!), so it would be interesting to see what else there is in the pug world.

Hi Kitsune, and welcome.
How retro do you like your Pugs? I've a 203 which is currently undergoing major surgery, and if it doesn't die under the knife should be worth the hard work. (The organ donor is a 505 GTI).
Mike.

Cheers for the welcome guys. As I said, Im a retro motors fan, but dont see many retro pugs. A family member has an old (not haynes) manual with some proper old skool pug on the front cover. Dates from about 1968! I didnt even think there was much before the 104, lol. I guess Im a retro pug newbie! I will have to have a look at the members rides section and see if theres anything I recognise. The early pugs and numbers always confuse me! I know the 505 (I think) as that is a bit more recent, but I would be interested to see a 203 I'll double check what pug was on the manual too, you never know, could be worth something to someone, as after a quick flick through the book, its obvious its a 'real' book, not a haynes style 'take it to the dealer as its a specialised job' when referring to an oil change!

Hi Kitsune
Nice to see another face from the PSOOC board! I'm sure you will soon discover that Peugeot have a rich and varied back catalogue of cars. There's even a few pre war (first war!) cars in the club.
I really must make it to another Wilts or Glos area meet, so slack. I think there are plans for us (CPUK) to attend Pugfest in some capacity, which could be a hoot!
cheers 104ZS (I'm sure you know which car is mine ;D )

Hello mate, and theres no chance I wouldnt recognise your lil beast! Would be cool if you could come along to the fest, bring a collection of old skool motors for a blast up the hill ;D As for meets, you are more than welcome to pop along when ever you want! Just a quick update on the manual I referred to above, its an Autobooks manual for the 504, covers models between 68-82! Looks like I do have some history books in my house after all
