304 Cab Panels

Has anyone had any rear panels made for 304 Cab in recent months/years? If so, can you recommend some names and give an indication of costs?

I'm a first timer just starting to look at a potential project which has more rust than the Titanic.

Hi If its the rear lower panel then it looks as though Peugeot parts specialist, Dean Hunter might be able to help. Call him on 01977 677887. The part # for the lower panel is 724131. The upper outer panel will be a lot harder to get hold of! hope this helps. [e-mail]. Please mention CPUK if you do buy it from Dean!

Hi Duggsie. Also give the car a real good look over for rot before you start buying panels. There are so so many hiding places for rot on the 304. Believe me, I know!!

If you need any parts give me a shout. I've still got loads of 304 bits I need shut of.

Definitely right about the hidden rust. I sometimes think the only thing keeping the car upright is the carpet!

Will probably need to make a call soon as to whether this project is really a goer.

sort of related, I am trying to find some door skins for a '73 504 cabriolet. Any ideas?

Hi, I have had a look for the skins for you but I cannot find anyone that has got any from my sources. The part numbers are 900925 and 901025. The really think that your best bet is getting good second hand doors so keep looking on ebay or on any of the 504 websites. Good luck. Ian , [e-mail]. Are you a member of CPUK?
