504 Cabriolet top material

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me the top/hood material originally fitted to the 504?
I know it is canvas and I know it would have been black. I don't know if the inside lining has a pattern or if it is smooth like the outside.
Also, is the section around the door window made of a different material? I have seen photos of tops which appear to have a vinyl section that sits on the inside of the door glass when the window is wound up.
Has anyone experience with 'Robbins' tops and if so are they made to exact original pattern?

They do all types of material from vinyl, double duck to mohair.

If your down south? another choice www.trimmania.co.uk They did a first class job on my mates 504 Cabriolet and my Mercedes SL.
I`m pretty sure that these sort of firms have records of the original material used by manufacturers??
