Unconnected to the other 207 DRL question... I've fitted some DRLs and used a controller which will dim then when the sidelights go on, but to do that it needs a wire connected to the sidelights that gets +12V once they go on. Not usually a problem to find. However: I've used a multimeter to check out each pin on the headlight connector and there isn't one that does that. It seems like there is a constant +12V and the lights are switched on the ground side, but I can't use that.
Does anybody know how to pick up a +12V feed only when the sidelights are on? Or an alternative solution to getting the DRLs off or dim when the lights are on?

Never mind, I connected the DRL 'sidelight' wire to the ground side of the bulb, but before the switch (a blue wire one in from the end on the connector) and that worked fine.
