304 S Cabriolet Engine

I just posted this to the 304 section and thought that here may be a better place to post - sorry if you have seen it twice....

I have just finished the coachwork rebuild of my 304 and am now turning my attention to the engine.

This engine has not been run for 25 years and I am unsure as to what to do with it.

It has done about 80000 miles.

Does anyone know of anybody who can recondition this?

Two choices,strip and rebuild the one you have or fit a replacement engine.Have a word with Dean Hunter,he knows everything about these XL3 and XL5 engines.He can rebuild the one you have or supply a replacement. www.peugeotparts.co.uk/ H
