Trying to find 309GTI16 reg H451GKE

I imported this car from France in April 1991, owned it for 5 years and had to sell it due to financial problems. 

I'd now like to find it again. 

It's a distinctive and rare car, three door LHD, miami blue. 

According to DVLA it was registered SORN in 2008. 

Any tips welcome.

That`s a long time being SORNed so it does not look very promising.
I believe there was some sort of system at DVLA where they would pass on your message to the registered keeper ?? Mind you with all the present restrictions going on I would expect DVLA are only doing essential stuff.

A mate at your local Council car parking enforcement would be handy ??
