I've just bought a 1994 306Xnd 4 door. My problem is that when you lift up a door handle from outside the car, the handle stays up! You have to manually push it down.
This affects all 4 doors. I've tried spraying WD40 into the mechanism or what's visible of it when you lift up the handle, but that hasn't freed it.
It's almost as if a spring that's supposed to return the handle to vertical isn't working.
Has anyone seen this, I'd be grateful for any advice
