air temperature display

I have a 307 sw (2002) and the outside air temperature reading on the cetral display unit only shows -- and not a reading. does anyone have a comment as to the fault of where the sensor is located so that i can check it.

any help appreciated.

got the starting fixed. it was two stuck values.

Not 100% sure, but I think the sensor is in the passenger door mirror.

Yes, the temperature sensor is usually in the mirror on the passenger side. Most common causes of failure are shocks to the mirror.
