Was it fate mentioning the words excellent with Carole Nash. It all went horribly wrong today, my documents arrived. Now after making it quite clear it is my only car and its a conversion - the docs state its a second car. Being an honest chap I phone up and say you've made an error.... Oh dear - their policy doesnt insure me. Never has. Despite the amount of times I repeated the details when I took it out. Further more they have the cheek to charge me cancellation fees for their mistake, which I managed to get stopped. Friendly people, but seem dis-organised and tried to refund the wrong amount by over £100...
Picked up the phone to Lancaster who came through on confused.com (also Practical Classics), and they were no problem, so :
