Peugeot 405 glx td

hi ,

I have a problem with my 405 i have always owned these estate cars and two i have owned which both had drive shafts out have knocked afterwards on the one i have now had to take drive shafts out to replace clutch and when i put the drive shafts back in i replaced the bearing aswell if anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated im at a loss as to why now.
