Last time I inquired about 504 parts at my local dealer, the guy gave me the 2 microfiches, saying I could keep them.
I intend to return them but I was interested in digitising them first. I do not have a microfiche reader and those at my local libray do not support the size of the Peugeot microfiches.
The 2 fiches are approximately 237x180mm and dated June 1997. They cover the saloon and CC models (not the pick-up) from beginning to end of production. I don't know if the estate models are covered (I only partially consulted the fiches), but would expect so.
I anybody has or knows of a combined reader/printer that could be used, let me know. There must be in excess or 1400 pages, so it is quite sizeable! My idea at this stage is to print every page on A4 sheets for scanning and storing on CD.
Any suggestion welcome.

An excellent rescource. I will also try to look up a reader/printer. I will ask around my connections at various printers and reprographics houses. There may be a more modern one that reads and scans, which would save time and effort!!

The french 1968 parts catalogue is available on-line at www.504.org Most of the part numbers are still valid, and I have printed out several pages and taken in to the local Peugeot dealer to their surprise. More to my surprise the parts order went through and arrived!!

Yes, this complete spare parts catalogue is a wee wonder but, as you said, it is the 1969 catalogue.
It does not cover later models, specially the Coupé V6 which is what I am personally interested in.
