Hi there, I've noticed there seems to be a lack of 405 related pages and forums, i know this is the owners club, but i'm thinking of creating my own club/register/online support community for the 405. If anyone is interested in my idea and helping me put something together than add me to msn or drop me an e-mail: zowow@hotmail.com Any help is appreciated...

You're welcome to try but the subject seems a bit specific. So many things to do with 405's are common to other Peugeots of the same series and age so it would help to be part of a larger community. CPUK has plenty of 405's in the club as well as a large bank of knowledge spread over the membership as well as in the body of the man known in the club as Mr 405, Mick Huntley, who knows these cars inside out and back again.

Hi, I have a mint condition September 1994 405 GTX Auto, minus one rear centre hub cap, with 100,000 miles on clock. Best car i have owned and would like more 405 info on this site too. Small niggles are; the car really suffers from condensation on the inside without the AirCon switched on and the alarm activation is sporadic. Apart from that in the last 3 years - no problems. Any other 405 owners out there?

Hi Chrissy, welcome to the forum. It's great that you are so happy with your 405. If you're into your 405, may I suggest joining the club proper, easy to do from our main website, www.clubpeugeotuk.org. We have an active events year planned where you would be able to meet plenty of fellow 405 owners. The club also runs a 405 register which can put you in contact with all the other 405 members in the club. The forum can only supply the information that members post but the main club has a much more extensive bank of information available. In any event feel free to post anything 405 related you want. The more 405 posts there are on the forum the more other members will add! Have fun

405 is still in production by Peugeot in Egypt, and also under license in Iran.

Why not join CPUK and make it your mission to fill the website with all the 405 info you can find! That way you get to meet other 405 fans through the clubs activities and spread the 405 word.
