Hi my old (1993) 405 estate central locking has given up totaly. fuse is ok remote sets alarm ok but no locking , does any one know where to find the relay it's a GL model many thanks.

I had a similar problem and paid hansomly for a repair on my 205. Turns out that the relay is under the dash, right of the steering wheel. If you plip the central locking fob, you can just about hear it under the dash if you have absolute quiet. I know yours is a 405, but most of the electrics are similar apparently.
