New (old!) 205 Look

Hi everyone!

Just bought a 205 Look this weekend

It's dark metallic grey, G reg, 71k miles and is in really good nick inside and out for it's age

Can you upload pic's or can you only link them as I had a pic to put up?

I'm going to use it as a daily driver, but want to do a few little bits to make traveling a bit more bearable.

I have bought a new stereo to fit in, but have had difficulty working out the wiring to the speakers. Tried to connect them to the headunit and none of the speakers work anymore. Does the Look have speakers in the rear as well? I think I'll get some half decent speaker wire and re-wire them anyway.

Also, is the suspension the same throughout the 205 range? I was wondering if it was possible to change the dampers/springs for gti ones.

Apart from that I want to keep everything as standard.

Although the previous owner mentioned the carb diaphram is split, so that will need replacing. Is that easy to do, and is there any diy guides on the web?

Also German, french and swedish the best place to get bits from incase I need any bits?
