Anybody know of any aftermarket Alloy wheel brands that still list 505 fitment?

504 pcd is 4x140mm
You can get specialist wheel companies like compomotive to make some up for you from blanks. Best bet is a set of 505GTi/604 Amil wheels, which look the biz on a 504

No, they look like 505 wheels just stuck on a 504. 504 pivots around how it looks from the wheels! I want some big multi spoked touring car alloys.

Then compomotive are your boys. They make the real stuff and will drill a set to any pattern on request. You'll want a TH or TH2 wheel.
