1. The heater works at full settings on the heater control you can here the fans blowing full speed but only a little heat comes out of the vents?
2. I keep getting water in the passenger footwell. i have checked the two drain holes in the bulkhead and am confused as to where the water is coming from?
any help much appreciated

have you checked the coolant level as it could be that the matrix has gone

coolnat level is fine, cant understand it. does anyone know how to fix my heater problem, people keep telling me about a triangular flexi pipe that falls off but ive no idea where to styart looking for it

"Taste" the water on the floor!! if your sick its anti-freeze & a leaking matrix [and your even sicker] or its rain water.Check the heater flap motor,its on the drivers side of the heater,get on your head its tucked up above the clutch pedal.When you operate the control [ign` on]hot to cold see if the motor works "hot to cold".If that is ok, is hot water getting into the matrix??I presume the engine runs at normal temp`and the thermostat is ok,last thing,blocked heater matrix,back to problem one.

yeh the heaters blow hot air just not very fast, but i can here the fans blowing

do the fans blow on all speeds?? if not could be the resistor pack
