I have a 90/91 SVE 605 3.0L V6 in Australia, as an import from England, where only about 50 605s were sold between 93 to 96/7, and they were SV. It has developed an ABS problem. No brake boost, no ABS. A fault code reader shows 14 and 22, but we have little or no details on what this refers to, or what to replace, even if we could find it!! It also has no cruise, and the suspension is stuck on sports, not that that is a bad thing. As well, it has regular dimming of dash lights as if something is pulsing intermittantly, and it is losing aircon gas from around the tx valve or maybe in the dash area, (please not that). Not surprisingly there are no experts on these over here, can anyone shed light on these issues? On a minor note, what is the difference between an SV and a SVE?

I have a 605 SVE, and I had a 605 SV. From what I can tell, the two biggest differences between them were full leather interior, and digital climate control on the SVE over the SV. Mine also has no cruise, the steering is stuck on (censored) heavy, and the trip computer does not work, also the suspension on mine is either soft or hard, not auto adaptive as is should be. I have ordered a replacement speed sender to try to make this work again, because that is the one component that I can think of that is common to all these problems. I don't think it's the computer though, because of the ability to manually switch between the two settings.
As far as your problems go, make sure that all your "bounce" sensors (that's what I call them, don't know what Peugeot would) are clean, and free to move. The front one is attached via a linking rod to the anti-roll bar, and I keep mine covered in grease. I can't remember where the rear one is, but I'll look a little later when I'm back from work. The brake boost will probably be a vacuum pipe needing changing. This is the fabric reinforced jobby that goes into the master cylinder. (I had that problem on a Vauxhall Carlton) and you should clean behind the brake disks, round the hub where the serrations are for the ABS sensors. Finally - in the engine bay there is the computer box. It's in front of the coolant header tank, with a black plastic lid on it. Make sure all the the plugs are pushed firmly into their respective sockets. I reckon these are good places to start. Hopefully they are of some use to you.
