I am thinking of buying a 206 gti 180, I was just wondering if there are room for mods or engine tuning? How much would I have to spend to get performance results? I have heard some people say that its not fun to drive and its a bad car? ( Mostly 106 drivers that have said that! ) What are all your opinions on the 206 gti 180? The more info, the better peeps... Cheers all

It probably weighs twice what your golf does. So 180BHP isn't so much. The 205 Gti 1.9 made do with only 138 but it weight as much as a pair of worn socks. Peugeot haven't made a proper GTi since.

Nah, never read or heard good feedback about the 206 GTi 180. In this day and age of all electrics, all safety and all control Peugeot don't make decent sports cars...
