hi, does anyone have or know where I can get a master cylinder for a 1978 504ti saloon?? It's teves/ATE and has a 19mm bore.The peugeot part number is 460152 but it's no longer available, i'd also be interested in a seal kit if anyone knows of one!! Thanks.

Andy,
The part changed in 1978, has far as I know it was from ATE to Bendix master cylinders, both identical just different manufacturers. The pickup truck ones are the same, have you checked the part number for that if you want genuine?
I bought mine from Dean as I needed a couple of other bits obsolite at the same time, however my local motor factors offered to order me one from the Bendix catalogue as they are all still listed. As far as I know there are two sizes of bore, slightly bigger for diesels but I guess if you used one it would just give a bit of a firmer peddle. The rest of the brake set up is the same, (some have drums on the back but same system).
