I need a lock mechanism for my 2000w 406 estate boot lid ................
There are two types..........the one I need has a separate solenoid bolted on for the central locking. The ACTUAL part I need is the sleeve that contains the lock barrel, and has a black plastic disc on top of it.
The boot will not deadlock using the key, because the can under the disc is broken, so the solenoid operates the lock every time.
Can anyone help??? Cos the bit comes with the lock barrel at £95.00 + vat !!!!!!!!! & late model 406's are rare around here
