I bought a 607 a fortnight ago. 2004 model with 50k on the clock. I'm pleased with it. Beats the daylights out of the BMW 320d SE that I just parted with. Far nicer to drive and much quieter. Not so fast but I don't drive too fast anyway.

you wont be saying that bentley when it breaks down and you have the horendous repair bills, they cost a fortune to service and run with the service parts, ie breaks and tyres which they get though really fast, although i must agree with the comfy bit

Don't be put off by all the scaremongers, bluelight. I've got a 607 2.2 Hdi, which I've been really happy with over the last year. It has run faultlessly. Only complaint is highish fuel consumption (31 mpg) and unreliable rear parking sensors. The 607 is a very underrated motor. Incidentally, handbook and all technical info is available online. H
