Pug 307 HDI (52) airbag fault

Hey folks

I have had this problem for some time now and figured I might have a look on the net to try and resolve the matter

I had it tested at a local non peugeot garage as I didnt fancy peugeot prices, and they found it was a problem on the left hand side, however this doesnt isolate the problem I was wondering if anyone knew of a common problem that might be the cause

left hand side doesnt tell us alot mate, you need to have it looked at at a peugeot dealer as its very dangerous to play about with the airbag system. dont even atempt to play unless you know what your doing which is why im not going to tell you any common problems with them .

Frank is correct.[again] [see other 307 fault] even if you are lucky enough to fix the fault,the fault codes will have to be cleared and the ECU reset.DIY men must understand that these "playstation"cars need good diagnostic tools to do the job,or you may end up with a £1000 bill for a job that a small independent with the right kit,would charge say £100.
