newbie with question!!

ive got a 52 plate 2.0 hdi xsi, only got it last week!
and yesterday the abs light and the esp light come on with a warning signal and on the centre instrument panel!
my mate has a new 206 he told me that his car done this and was due to not enough brake fluid! also happened on mates 106 and low brake fluid was to blame so i looked and myn was low so i topped it up and all was fyn , but then it come on again ! it comes on and will stay on bout 20 min then go out without me doing anything to make it go out ! any ideas!!!

it wont be the brake fluid as they dont have a level sensor. what did the message on the mfd say?

there are two messages!

abs fault

and,
esp no functioning ,

something along those lines???

could be a number of things the favourite is rear wheel speed sensors, best get it code read at a dearler save you money in the long run
