Hello,
I have an simple question about the heating system.
The heating in my car works fine on one side (fortunately it's the driver's side) but on the passenger side it blows cold air and in this weather it's not funny!
What could the problem be? Fuse, thermostat, ??
Any help greatly appreciated

i take it the car has dual zone air con? does it have 2 seperate temp controls? if so you need to look at the heater flaps on the side of the heater box. you will find that the passenger side gears have striped against the motor. you can buy the replacement gears but some dealers will try to sell you a compleat heater box

Thank you for this information.
Yes exactly, it has dual-zone A/C with separate controls for passenger and driver sides.
Where do I find the heater box, or more precisely how to I get at it....from the engine compartment or do I have to remove the console?

the part you need to see is behind the glove box, your better off taking this to the dealer to get the correct parts
