I Have a 2005 407 SW with luxury pack the only thing it doesn't have is cruise control, if i get a control stalk remove the rubber blanking plug will it just plug in and work or do i have to get software change, additional wiring etc.

you can just fit the switch but you have to have the software changed

Thanks Frank any idea how much they charge to do the software?
and where am i likely to get a cc stalk.

it takes about 3/4 hour to do the whole job that includes fitting the starkand changing the software so expect to pay that. i cant tell you how much it will cost you because labour rates vary from place to place. i think the last one i did we charged about £30 labour plus the switch. the only place to get a new switch from is the dealer
