I know this has been mentioned before on this and other forums but although I have traced a clicking sound to a little black box attached to the left hand side of the heater blower. (I think this is a servo controlling the recirculated air control flap and I think the clicking problem affects both 405s and 406s.) I don't quite know what to do next. Some people say the best solution is to cut the wire leading to this box and live without recirculated air and I think I agree but all I can see is a rather thick (quarter of an inch or more) black wire (or is it a pipe?) coming out of the bottom of the little black box. Is this the wire I should cut ? It seems very thick if all it powers is this little servo. Thanks, Paulreg
