'been in touch with the seller back in September. Car's very rusty and will need some serious attention; chassis affected. Loadsa ££££ required here in all honesty.

Which is totally ad odds with the ad. Guess you have to be sooo careful with these specialist cars. Easy to make them look shiny shiny on top while horrors lurk beneath. |

Sounds exactly like mine when I bought her!
Luckily she'd failed her MOT so the horrors had already been spotted. Which meant I got her at a relatively sensible price...and then spent a totally unsensible amount having her restored..gulp.
She's worth it I think.. although the demon rust spots are re-appearing now 3 years later.. it's a constant battle with the elements really..
