Register on Peugeot servicebox online, and you can access the full servicing schedules there. Failing that, pop in to the local dealers and smile sweetly at the service department and they may give you a service check sheet.
Other than cleaning the FAP (which can be done DIY, but is a pig and a pain), the service on these beasties is straightforward. Check the type of sump plug you have, as pug use several different types and you may need the square ended tool, but these are cheap and available from most Fred-in-a-Shed motor parts places.
Another good investment is a Scanguage II - totally OBDII certified compliant, so folk with warranties can rest easy, and it allows you to easily read and reset and trouble codes on the ECU. It'll also give you live real time engine info, so as TPS, engine load, fuel flow, exact oil/intake air/coolant temperature and is a very useful too.

I got mine from the main European distributor (based in Greece) off ebay, though you can order it direct via their website, but the Paypal option made ebay easier for me. Just stcik 'Scangauge' in the search on ebay.
They're a self contained unit about the size of a packet of 10 f*gs, no need for a lap top or owt.
