Hi, Currently I've got a 107, before it was a 307. 4 weeks ago I ordered my new vehicle of choice, a 207cc GT in Thorium Grey, with Integral Alezan Interior, RT3, JBL Hifi and Windstop. My dealership keeps knocking back the date it might arrive, even though it was built on the 19th of March (so has a chassis number etc). Peugeot Head Office assure me I will have it this week, but "it might run into next week". So as you can imagine, its starting to worry me. Anyone have any similar experiences or advice, I'm going mental!!!! Oh and i forgot to mention that no-one wants to give me exact details of where the car is, for all i know, they could have lost it somewhere

Nothing unusual there, the car is clearly not built in the UK (I don't know where it is, but your Dealer will know). So, whilst it may have come out of the factory line on 19th of March, it needs to be shipped to the UK and then to your local Dealer. This will involve boat (or tunnel?), train, trucks.
When the car is in transit, it is in the hands of various transport agents, so neither Peugeot nor the Dealer knows exactly where it is until it reaches the Dealer. Don't expect them to have a computerised system that locates your chassis number as it travels through parts of Europe! Maybe one day, but not today...
I've lived the exact same thing in 98 when I was waiting for my brand new 406 Coupé. However, I was losing patience after 4 long months of waiting and been given what turned out to be an incorrect delivery date.
In your case, it's only been 4 weeks, which is pretty standard for any car built on order with optional extras. Just be patient, it clearly won't be long.

Yes indeedies.
The car is built in Villaverde(?) near Madrid.
Apparently its in the UK and in transit, but i still find it strange that they dont know where it is. Surely they should know, in case a transporter crashes or someone steals the cars.
Although for a change, Peugeot Head Office were very helpful, even though they never call back when they say they will.
Oh well, I'm still loyal to the lion.

Well, I'm sure that there is some Logisitics department within Peugeot that could find the car, but this is not information they provide to Dealers or the buyer.
