electric problems wiv 205 gti

i have just brought a H reg 205 gti ;D but!!!!!!!!!!!!! theres some problems witch i need a help wiv.........

y do the heater blowers work when the lights ain't on but wen u turn the lights on the heater blowers don't work???

It's FRENCH ... actually that is an odd one , may be an issue in the fuse box!

I agree,pull out all the relays.I expect you will find one thats got hot and burned.
