307 HDI XSI - newbie and need a bit of help!!

HI All, I am new to the forum and wonder if you can help me out

Wonder if you can help me, i am looking to buy a 307, ill put the spec below but there are a few things i have found on a number of 307's and wonder if it is a common fault with them.

The problem is the back seat, the smaller seat is a little further forward than the larger seat, it feels as though the frame has been bent? My dad had one and before the car was 3 years old he was going to get it in to pug for them to have a look, they were supose to put in a new rear section, they never did and my dad left it??

So on to the car, what would you say is a good price?

307 HDI XSI 136
55000 miles
5 dr gunmetal grey
half leather, all extras
towbar
small scratch on the front, small on underside of drivers door
Rear seat has the problem above

What would you say for price?

To make even a vague guess we'll need to know the registration year of the car, and how exentensive or otherwise the serivce history is?

307 prices have taken a tumble lately as used 308s are filtering into the market, so you should be able to get a good one for reasonale dough.
