PUGFEST 09

Well yesterday saw PUGFEST at Prescot Hill Climb.

Great venue and great atmosphere....here are some photos from the day....

Kindly one of the Committee Members (Vicki) decided to enter my 205 into the Concours competion....which I was not even thinking about doing as I just had not had the time to go "mental" cleaning it before the show....and the Judge is a very well know member on Detailing World (wont mention names)

Anyhow I though what the hell paid the £1 entry and didnt expect to hear anymore of it.....went to the tent at 3:30pm and instructed and then nearly passed out as the chairman of the PSOOC started to read out the winners!

I only went and got 3rd Place in the Concours Standard Class!!!

God knows what I would get if I had spent a couple of days on it!!

Oh and it was the only car that was in the concours comp that did 4 runs up the hill....and I didn't hold back either!!!

I also had a cracking time at Pugfest.

Was great to meet so many Pug enthuisiasts and see some fantastic cars being run up the hill.
