hi all. iv resently brought a peugeot 106 but im haveing problems with the cd player. i no the cd player works but when i plug it in to the mains on the car nothing happens. there is alot of cables disconected including a bright yellow on. but i cant see when its disconected from. could this be the problem? if so how can i sort it?

Hello mate,
Is it the OEM Radio/Cassette or an aftermarket Car Stereo?
Yellow Wire is 12+memory backup Permanent
Black Wire is earth/ground
Red Wire is the 12v+ Switched
Also i would check the fuse which is number 9 F9 25amp rating and is situated in the fusebox under the Glovebox.
