I originally posted this under the 106 group, I don't want to push my luck by posting on all subjects but I hope to reach a wider audience here. Any info appreciated, even if it's just a sighting of one!
This may be a long shot but I am sure that someone here would know something about the electric 106.
In the late 1990's Peugeot collaborated with a battery manufacturer and produced a fleet of Electric 106's, they were leased to selected companies and authorities such as Bristol City Council.
The lease deal was to allow control of the batteries and while all of the batteries would have been returned to the manufacturers some of the cars still exist. Some of these have had new batteries installed and make nice little runabouts.
Does anyone know of one of these cars (with or without batteries) as I am interested in finding one.
Thanks for your help Mark

There's one (or maybe two) in the Attwell Wilson collection museum in wiltshire.
They drive them around sometimes.

Just a thought... perhaps CPUK could get one of these electric 106's to one of their official meets. I, for one, would be up for stroking it.
