No hot air from vents,,, 405 1995

Hi My 1st post here.

I have a 405 petrol 1995 with air con . The heater seems to be stuck on cold. Fan working fine, air cons not on . Heater matrix is hot but no hot air from vents .
The switch's are working fine theres an power out put from the hot cold switch. But to where does this go Hoping someone can help before i get to deep in taking the heater box out or most of the dash. ( as peug dealer said ) ...

Check the heater flap motor?Its a pig to get at,a small box on the O/S of the heater.Pull the covers off and get your head by the clutch pedal!With the ignition on get someone to work the lever hot to cold,I bet it does not move.

I did find it in the end and its not working ;-).. new one on order. will keep you posted

Its only two PK screws but be very carefull locating the new one.Have a close look at it when removed and you will see what I mean.It has a sort of master spline,is difficult to locate,all plastic so never force it.I plug it in then "play" with the controls untill it lines up.

All done no probs
The wire had come off the motor in side the unit .
