Are there any of the stickers on a 107 that shows month and year of maufacture?

Look at the date code on some of the components for a rough idea. Carefully prise off an interior door handle cover, or unclip the air filter housing and read the code on the filter. They use a 'just in time' manufacturing process, so parts won't be sitting around for long at the factory.
To be precise you can register on Servicebox and enter your VIN, or else smile sweetly at the parts guys at your local Stealers and they can do it for you.

Registered on Service Box and entered Vin but could not identify date of manufacture.
Date of commencement of warranty was there. Where should it be?
