406.....2.0 hdi fuel filter change

hi....can someone guide me through a fuel filter change for this engine ...i have the filter kit and its bits and pieces/seal.....this is my first oil burner and don't want to thingy anything up.....
is the angled knurled screw to drain off water .....or am i looking at the totally wrong piece of kit ...looking forward to any advice/info.

All done and dusted thanks for the pm from frank , anyone need to do this for the first time on this engine give me a shout i'll be glad to help.
