hello antony, welcome to the forum, sorry that no one has said anything much to you recently. I get the chance to skim through the forum at work, and then more time at the weekend. It is great to meet (in kind) another 205 diesel fan. If you are looking to mod your car a bit then it may be worth getting to know our friends at PSOOC (Peugeot Sport Official Owners Club) at www.psooc.com. Doug

I've always seen this forum as a place to dip into as a resource - not somewhere to chat.
I've always had good responses to my questions, particularly as I am a car novice, and often have no idea how to phrase what I want to ask, or know the corrrect terminology for what's broken this time!
I suppose the idea is to get involved, respond to posts, place your own, and generally you will get to know people and value their advice...
PS, Welcome to the forum

It's true this is not rally the chattiest forum on the internet, buit that's probably due to the content. Most people use the boards to look for help and information and also to share their knowledge with other Peugeot users. Forums more dedicated to tuning and cruising will tend to have a younger and therefore more social dynamic. However they can't normally tell you what that strange noise from the gearbox might be.
Keep popping in, ask anything you want and maybe help out with anything you feel you may know a bit about.

I've always seen this forum as a place to dip into as a resource - not somewhere to chat. But even as a resource, it's so quiet it's a bit hopeless at times. I pay out every year for the PSOOC & the 107oc, and the only thing that stops me doing the same here is the tumbleweed blowing through the forums.

I pay out every year for the PSOOC & the 107oc, and the only thing that stops me doing the same here is the tumbleweed blowing through the forums. I think this is mostly because there arw so many sub forums. I have thought about reorganising things to have fewer areas. This will help to show up activity. The PSOOC forum is much much quieter than it used to be too. If any members have comments on how they think teh forum might be better organised please feel free. I was thinking of having just a main area a tech help and a classic pugs area. Any more suggestions?

Hey Dooey, d**n, you are right. OK so this is not a very chatty site. If it's a chat your after why not try this lot. www.f1united.net/phpBB2/We are a ( sad?) bunch of individuals from around the world who all play the fantasy race game Yahoo Racing Manager. We chat most nights and it's not entirely restricted to Motor Racing. See you there perhaps.
