Hello,
I need to make the speedometer of my imported peugeot 207 x-line 1.6 HDI diesel show the MPH next to the KM. I can't find a suitable solution around, it must be DVLA compliant. Please advice, I hope you can help me, thanks.

An interesting machine. In the UK the 407 X-Lines were aimed at private buyers, so had no FAP system and a higher level of trim instead. The 207 with that trim never made it here, so it would be interesting to see if it's the same. Anyway, to business. I've checked aftermarket suppliers such as Lockwood, and no one lists white-dial kits (probably because most 207s are white dial equipped anyway), so that's one relatively cheap avenue we can forget. I think you'll have to get a UK speedo clock face from a dealer, and have it fitted. I've not checked Servicebox (I'm not near a computer this week) but I'm pretty sure the faces can be had seperate from the whole instrument. It needs to be fitted by a pro as I think the speedo needle needs removing, but stand to be corrected. Let us know how you get one, and be sure to join the Club - that'd be an interesting model to see parked up at Gaydon with us in September.
Edit - Just been browsing Lockwoods website again. They do indeed make kmh to MPH conversion dial faces, but there's lods of technical guff and no applications list. Might be worth nipping onto their website and contacting them. Good luck.

Thank you very much for the answer. Lockwood would have been the definitive solution, but unluckily they don't produce the fascia for my car. I really don't want to spend a lot of money just to show the miles, it really seems a rip-off to me. So I was looking for some work-around, like stickers. I hoped that somebody of you could have had a similar experience. Anyway, thank you for the welcome message.
