406 wobbly electric window

Hello all,
I have electric windows in my 96 406 and the other day when I went to put the window up it raised more at the rear side than the front.

Is there supposes to be some kind of guide pin through the glass at the top back side of the window? There is a hole in the glass here which is empty.

How do i fix this?

there should be a plastic guide clipped to the back of the window, it has probaly broke
