Hi guys,
I've joined up due to having issues with a retarded 306 estate.
I've had it on diagnostics this morning and got 3 faults back.
The sequence solenoid has gone, making the car go into 3rd gear all the time, clutch slip and gearbox output engine speed signal fault.
I should point out that it's an automatic lol mums car not mine.
Couple of questions lol how much should it cost to have the solenoid replaced, or am I better off getting a new gearbox fitted?
Any help would be appreciated, or if anyone knows somebody that could fix it in the Nottingham area
