I have just ordered a 308 cc GT without sat-nav. Do I still get the pop-up screen on the dashboard?

dont think so, if you really wanted to know you should of asked the sales man before parting with cash and signing away a few grand

He didn't seem very knowledgeable, i had to tell him more about the car they he told me. He said I don't get he screen but I have never seen a piture of one without it. Sat-nav was an extra £715 I wasn't going to get it anyway. Not for only 3 years.

Good heavens. He's taking over £20k from you and he can't tell you about the spec in detail?
The dealers are in a good financial position from Peugeot at the moment, with several different financial incentives running for them for each car sold. You should be able to chisel £3k or more of list off one of those right now, easy.

It's got some kind of weird charitable tax status on the transaction, but that's it.
Is such a low seating position any good for someone with walking difficulties? I'm registered disabled through loss of use of one arm, and even the 407 coupe was too low for me to keep getting out of, and the seat in that is only 20mm lower than the saloon.

frank, i am only saying what he told me. @piston broke, I at the moment drive a Toyata Celica with submarine seats so any other car is easier, i have weak ankles and fingers but as long as i have something to push against I should be OK, i can't walk far but getting to my feet has never been a problem. Plus the fact thwe 308 cc has got proper handles that I can get my hand round not just the flaps that I have difficulty with. Other advantages like the boot opening and fuel cap etc are easier than the toyota.

Ah, I'm the opposite. I can walk just dandy (though some might say more like a dandy!), but levering myself up out the car is my problem. On some cars I even have trouble pushing the door open. Not enough to stop me driving pretty much any car big enough to accommodate me, but enough of a pain that it makes me choosy about which ones I spend my own dosh on.
