lost everything

Help please

I have just parked my 407 1.6D estate on the drive and then jumped back in to move it back more when i heard a click.
It now won't start , has no power to anything, i turn the key andnothing happens,

any help would be great thankyou

1. If you turn key and no pane llights come on.
Check the battery condition and termibals are clean and tight.
2. If panel lights come on but starter will not turn could be the starter pinion is jammed.
With 1st gear engaged try rocking the car to free it.
