i have a peugot 106 , which has a micro scan alarm on just lately it has been playing up it picks and chooses when it whats to disable the car , so it fires up some days and others it wont , do any of you no how i can disable this alarm as it will cost me an awful lot to take to a garage please help !!!

Just take it out and rejoin the wires. It'll probably all be squashed in behind the steering cowling. Make sure you insulate any bare wires. A garage won't charge much though to do this. An hour labour I reckon.

It'll be mounted under the bonnet if it's an after market alarm.
