My recently purchased 106 van 1997 1.5 diesel has the annoying problem of smoking badly, light blue, when warm. Cold start is no problem just when you do a short journey. Tick over goes lumpy and lots of smoke out the back. 
Is this a sensor problem?. Where should I look?.
The van goes perfectly apart from this smoky smelly problem.
Any help greatly appreciated by me, fellow road users and the environmentalists
